New York-inspired style
A couple embarked on a renovation project for their flat, seamlessly blending rustic and grand elements. Challenging angles & limited space
In their charming, irregularly shaped flat, the couple had to consider the unique angles when designing their kitchen.
"With limited space and slanted walls, we focused on finding smart solutions to maximize storage and make the most of the available area," the couple explains. Collaborating with their HTH kitchen expert, they successfully prioritized the space and discovered various clever solutions.
"Having two tall cabinets was essential for us—one for the fridge/freezer and another for the oven/microwave. Thankfully, we found excellent solutions for everything, and we feel that we've fully utilized the space," the couple concludes.
"We are thrilled with the spaciousness we've achieved in our few and irregular square meters."

From Bordeaux to Green
The couple had initially envisioned a Bordeaux-coloured kitchen and initially considered choosing a white kitchen from HTH and spray-painting the fronts Bordeaux. However, their plans took an exciting turn when they came across the green kitchen option and instantly fell in love with the colour.
"We had our hearts set on Bordeaux, but when we saw the green kitchen, we were captivated by its beauty. We made the decision to go with the green colour, and we couldn't be happier," says the couple.
The model they selected is called Base Green, featuring cabinet doors coated with Base Laminate. This high-pressure laminate is not only incredibly durable, but also remarkably easy to maintain, requiring only a simple wipe-down with a damp cloth. With their choice, the couple has achieved both their desired colour scheme and a practical, low-maintenance kitchen surface.

Optimizing every inch
The small kitchen space has been cleverly optimized to create an open and airy feel without sacrificing functionality. One of the brilliant solutions is the addition of a built-in shelf along the tall cabinets.
Measuring 8 inches in width, this shelf offers six levels, providing ample room for elegant storage jars that serve both aesthetic and practical purposes.
The couple has opted for shelves in the stylish Harmony Dark model, perfectly complementing their chosen appliances from Siemens. With these thoughtful choices, they have created a kitchen that combines both beauty and functionality in a limited space.
